Kick-Off Call
A 30-minute Zoom with Ariel to go over the vision and strategy behind your brand. We'll align on your Flash Brand direction, talk through your questionnaire answers, and get everything we need to start designing.

We take your chosen base brand and make it completely yours — logo suite, color palette, fonts, iconography, stock photo curation, and a homepage mockup. Everything delivered together so you see the full picture at once.
Ariel + team handles thisFeedback & Revisions
You'll review every piece of the brand and share your feedback. The more specific you are, the faster and better the revisions will be. We'll refine until everything feels completely right.

What to expect
Two weeks moves fast. Here's how we stay in sync so nothing slows us down.
Project Communication
All project communication between you and our team will take place inside Honeybook. From here on out, you'll be working closely with our project manager, Amy. Messages can be accessed via your Honeybook portal and will also be sent directly to your email inbox, so you can reply from wherever is easiest.
Response Times
We'll do our best to respond to you within 24 hours during Monday–Friday business hours.
Revisions
Your Flash Brand includes ONE dedicated round of revisions after the initial brand delivery. The more specific your feedback, the faster and better we can make updates. We love hearing what you loved just as much as what you want to change. Don't be afraid to tell us what you really think — we ultimately want you to have final branding that you love, and feedback is a very important part of that process.
After Your Project is Done
Once your final files are in your hands, you have everything you need to start showing up. And if you find yourself wanting a website to match your brand, we'd love to help with that too — just reach out and we'll talk through your options. We're always here if you need anything down the road.

Head to the Flash Brands tab and explore our base designs. Come to your questionnaire with a feel for what's calling to you — you'll make your selection inside the form. Not sure yet? No worries, you can always choose with Ariel on your kick-off call.
Complete your brand questionnaire
This is how we get to know you and your business before the call. Be as honest and specific as you can — the more detail you give us, the more tailored your creative direction will be.
This must be completed at least 48 hours before your kick-off call.
Book your kick-off call
Grab a one-hour slot that works for you. This is where we align on direction, talk through your questionnaire answers, and map out everything before design begins. It's one of the most important parts of the whole process.
